A small tool for following changes in the university learning-management system without repeatedly checking each course page.
The workflow
The script signs into HCMUT’s LMS, reads enrolled courses and grade pages, compares collected information, and sends updates through a Discord webhook.
A practical tool
The implementation combines authenticated requests, HTML parsing, change detection, and notifications. Credentials and the webhook URL are supplied through environment variables.
Maintenance
The parser depends on the LMS page structure and login flow. Current compatibility has not been verified; changes to either can require maintenance.
